OMMUSE
Challenge: Music tools have always sat behind a wall of money and gatekeepers, which locks most artists out. OmMuse, the music-tech platform I co-founded and ran as CMO, was built to tear that wall down.
Idea: Create a highly-accessible platform that gives artists and music companies a suite of innovative tools that make their lives easier, offering optimized storage, production, and project management solutions tailored to each user. (Think if Dropbox, Jira, and Slack had a baby specifically for musicians.)
Result: 0 to 80,000+ users in 35 weeks, a thriving B2B Enterprise program for music companies, and coverage in Yahoo Finance, Digital Music News, and MarketWatch. More than a marketing win, it's proof that I can build and lead an entire brand no one's heard of from nothing—not just the creative, but the strategy, the growth, and the business behind it.

As a marketing executive, this job pushed and stretched me to evolve outside of my previous Brand Manager / Creative Leader roles. I was responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, including building the brand from scratch, website, UI/UX, content, social, paid media, email, partnerships, press, hiring, and creating an enterprise tier for labels, publishers, and talent management companies.
I wore a million hats every day and played a crucial role in effeciently scaling a tiny startup into a respected platform that's sucessfully outpacing competitors 30x its size.
